5 of the best vegan-friendly restaurants to get ramen in Las Vegas

For vegan ramen in Las Vegas, head to Jinya Ramen Bar. For more vegan restaurants in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

Today is National Noodle Day, but it’s not like we actually need a day to celebrate noodles. We love noodles. Every kind. But, we especially love ramen. And while we don’t have our absolute favorite ramen joint, Ramenhood (sorry, you’ve got to trek to Downtown LA to devours this goodness), Las Vegas does have some great vegan-friendly places to chow down on vegan ramen.

Jinya Ramen Bar

For vegan ramen in Las Vegas, head to Jinya Ramen Bar. For more vegan restaurants in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

With two locations in town (and more coming), Jinya Ramen Bar is our top pick for vegan ramen in Las Vegas. Using Fuji water and aging their handmade noodles for three days, you can’t go wrong with their spicy vegan ramen. In summer 2019, they expanded their vegan offerings (and have a whole section now, score!) with a new bowl — the Flying Vegan Harvest featuring a miso broth, soy meat, green onions, corn, crispy garlic and more.

Moko Ramen

Moko Ramen serves a vegan spinach noodle ramen and more vegan options in Las Vegas. For more vegan food in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

The cozy W. Charleston joint, Moko Ramen, serves up vegan ramen. Opt for the spinach noodles, miso or curry broth and then add in veggies and tofu to create your perfect vegan ramen in Las Vegas.

Ramen Arashi

Ramen Arashi serves vegan ramen in Las Vegas. For more vegan dining options in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com

We dig Ramen Arashi for numerous reasons: they offer gluten-free rice noodles if you’re on the GF train, and they have three (yes, three) broths to house the noodles. Choose from the clear broth Vege Miso Ramen with tofu, spinach, corn, paprika, garlic and green onion, the creamy Vege Tan Tan or try the Black Tan Tan made with black sesame seeds.

Tomo Noodles and Dumplings

Tomo Noodles is a vegan-friendly restaurant in Las Vegas. Find out all the vegan options at Tomo now. For more vegan dining in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com

Not a lot of people talk about Tomo, but they should. This vegan-friendly Las Vegas restaurant offers a vegan ramen (they say its vegetarian, but its actually vegan) filled with enoki mushrooms, roasted tomato, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, edamame, baby corn, green onions, chili oil, and sesame seeds. You can make it even heartier and toss in some extra noodles, tofu, and even vegan dumplings for a small upcharge.

Kabuki

Kabuki may not be known for its ramen, but it’s our go-to when we don’t feel like venturing too far. Located in Town Square, Kabuki’s spicy veggie ramen is a sweet deal and delicious. It comes in under $10 and includes a little salad to start you off.
