After more than a year running ShopVeganLV, an Instagram account curated by Vegans, Baby highlighting new and cool vegan products in Vegas and online, we’ve discovered some of the best vegan grocery hauls aren’t at Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s. You can find some fantastic vegan groceries at the 99 Cents Only stores throughout Las Vegas. In fact, a good chunk of the submissions we get from followers happen to be from this discount grocery store.
What kind of vegan products can you find at the 99 Cents Only Store? So. Many.
Dairy Alternatives
Dairy alternatives like vegan yogurt, butter, and cheeses have started to fill up the refrigerated section, much to our delight. Our And, ShopVeganLV’s most popular submissions are plant-based milks and creamers. Soy, almond, cashew, pea, as well as walnut-based milks have been found in the store. Silk, Ripple, Elmhust, Califia, and So Delicious are just a few brands that we’ve come across.
In fact, we’ve had reports that Silk’s Almondmilk yogurt, as well as Califia’s dairy-free yogurt are often in stock. But, that’s not all.
Earth Balance organic butter is also a regular.
