If you’re vegan and heading to the Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas this weekend, you’re going to need to know what to eat. While there are plenty of options if you’re not vegan, there are far less if you are. But, rest assured, there is vegan food at EDC.
We reached out to the folks at EDC so we could share the vegan options at EDC wit you and were provided a list of vendors with vegan options.
Vegan options at EDC include:
American Concessions – vegan personal pie, vegan grilled cheese
Dragon Grille – buglogi kmichi fries (can be made vegan), chicken rice bowl (can be made vegan)
Honey Rolls Ice Cream – Strawberry Field, Cookies & Cream, peanut butter chocolate, green tea
Naked City Pizza at Carnival Square – vegan nachos
Naked City Pizza – vegan Italian nachos
Pichana Steak Truck – vegan bowl (Editor note: yesss for the steak truck having a vegan option)
Pooja’s Cuisine of India – vegan plate
The Lunch Crew Catering – vegan Italian roasted wrap
Based on the concessions list, there are plenty of vegetarian options, as well as gluten-free (but not vegan and gluten-free from the information we were provided). If a vendor has vegetarian and you’d like it made vegan, ask and see what can be done.

The Lab Hawaiian Shave Ice – shave ice, Dole whip
Treasure Ice Land – shaved ice
Tropical Smoothie – smoothies, berry bowl
Truck N Yaki – teriyaki tofu Japanese burrito
