Silverado Ranch gets not one, but two vegan restaurants on Friday, Oct. 26 with the opening of Ah-Sah-EE Café and the second outpost of the healthy vegan fast food spot, Veggy Street (1110 E. Silverado Ranch Blvd.). Two healthy vegan restaurants in Las Vegas … down the street from each other.

Veggy Street celebrates its grand opening from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Friday with $5 burgers and $6 cheese burgers.

Known for their creative gourmet fast food, Veggy Street was the second fast food spot to open in Las Vegas after the original Vege-Way by Chef Kenny Chye. Its second location is to due to the “phenomenal response” to their first location, according to Owner Jorge Melatti. “We want to spread the healthy-eating way of life to all of Las Vegas, and, one day, the world.”

Melatti prides the brand on bringing the best flavors to the fast food culture and producing some of the “best tasting food in the city, regardless of whether or not there is meat in the dish.”

Like the original Veggy Street location on Ft. Apache, Veggy Street is open for lunch and dinner and serving eats like burgers topped with dried agave/guarana quinoa on a soft pretzel bun, falafel, amazing wraps and the not-found-anywhere-else-in-Vegas tacopiocas — tacos made with a tapioca base and filled with offerings like meat, cheese, sundried tomatoes, caramelized red onions and more.

You can also hit up Veggy Street for soups, smoothies, salads and other eats.
