Welcome to the second Portland Vegan Dining Month presented by Vegans, Baby and Portland Vegans and sponsored by Pleese Foods. Taking place the month of January 2022, participating restaurants in Portland (and the region) are offering special vegan dishes or menus for the month. 

A portion of the proceeds from every Vegan Dining Month dish sold benefits Family Dogs New Life Shelter. They’re a no-kill shelter dedicated to rescuing needy dogs of all ages, breeds and background.

Burrito with roasted veggies, kale, Spanish rice, and white beans slow-cooked with avocado leaves & Chile cascabel on avocado crema with a side of Ensalada de frutas – $14

Slim-Down shortcake – Whole foods plant-based maple spice scone with coconut whip, topped with maple roasted apples

Snowflake Parfait – A dessert making you feel light as air with Scandinavian lemon meringue mousse, coconut whipped cream, and lingonberries

Plant-Based Cookies and Milk – Chewy chocolate chip cookies made from Whole Foods served with a cup of creamy, melted nut milk for dipping

Big Mick – Three toasted buns, pickles, shredded lettuce, diced onion, secret sauce with two 1/8th lb. Impossible patties, with fries – 15.00

Romesco – Roasted cauliflower, Yukon potato, sweet potato, grilled organic veggies, house made almond based romesco sauce, fresh spring greens  – $14 (veggie), $16 (tofu)

Gringas con Mole – Sautéed veggies wrapped in two grilled corn tortillas, plated with grilled veggies, garbanzo beans, and topped with our plant-based mole sauce – $16

Butternut Squash Enchiladas – Sautéed veggies wrapped in two grilled corn tortillas, creamy vegan butternut squash sauce, topped with avocado slices – $16

Chile Relleno – Fire roasted poblano pepper, stuffed with grilled veggies, sweet potato, apple, quinoa on white garbanzo beans and topped with our ranchero salsa – $15
