Curry Leaf

Devour all the vegan Indian food at Las Vegas' Curry Leaf. For more vegan dining options, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

There are plenty of options in Las Vegas for vegan Indian food. Plenty. But, Curry Leaf isn’t like the other vegan Indian food options in Las Vegas.

At all.

For starters, it features some unique dishes you can’t find at other Indian restaurants in town, like the flavorful Gobi Manchurian, deep-fried cauliflower florets in an indo-chinese sauce. Or, Onion Bajhi covered in chickpea flour.

It’s easy to over-order here, thanks to the numerous vegan options. You can’t go wrong with any of the options, seriously. They are that good.

If you don’t want to make a decision, let us suggest the following: start with the Gobi Manchurian, then order the Madras or Vindaloo, and add on some tasty sides like Mushroom Poriyal and Baingan Bharta (tandori smoked eggplant mash) and Tadka Dahl (yellow lentils with cumin, dried chili and spices) to round out your meal.

Add in some gorgeous decor, and Curry Leaf is one of our top picks for Indian in the Valley.
