Settebello

It may not have a specific vegan menu, but Settebello has vegan dining options including pizza and salad. For more vegan dining choices in Las Vegas, visit www.vegansbaby.com/vegansbaby2018

Another restaurant with zero vegan menu or promotion of said options, Setebello has a few menu items which are vegan, and others which — with a few minor tweaks like holding cheese — can be made vegan.

With two locations in Las Vegas (Green Valley and Summerlin), Setebello’s pizza crust is one of our favorites in town. Baked for one minute in a wood-burning pizza oven that was handmade in Napoli, there are a few bubbly crusted pies which can be made vegan.

Right now, they don’t have any vegan cheese to smother on, but you can still enjoy the vegan Marinara pizza, simply covered with crushed tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil and some EVOO. Ingredients here are super fresh and ridiculously flavorful. Other vegan options include the foccacia, and the rucola salad.

As we mentioned, there are a few other options if you simply ask them to hold the dairy.
