Are you looking for a restaurant in Summerlin with vegan options?

Well, the time has come. Honey Salt, a popular upscale restaurant near Downtown Summerlin, now has a vegan menu.

“Honey Salt is a farm-to-table restaurant so we naturally have a lot of health conscious, plant-based customers. It’s important to us to offer them special culinary options aside from the basics that they might find on other menus,” says Elizabeth Blau, co-owner of Honey Salt. “It’s been a lot of fun for our chefs to get creative in creating these new plant based dishes.”

Blau and her husband, award-winning Chef Kim Canteenwalla (who is the co-owner) designed Honey Salt to offer a glimpse into their own culinary lives. It features foods, drinks and hospitality they have shared with their friends and family.

In addition, the vegan-friendly Las Vegas restaurant features seasonal menu tapping into global influences and uses local and regional produce when possible. Grab the easy vegan artichoke scampi recipe now!

Vegan Main Courses at Honey Salt

There are five vegan main plates at Honey Salt.

Two of the plate options are salads, because you’ve got to have some epic salads on a menu.

First, there is a grain salad with quinoa, Beluga lentils, and avocado tossed with pomegranate seed and lemon vinaigrette.

Second is the kale salad with hearts of palm, cherry tomatoes, apples, grapes, Thai basil and crispy chickpeas. It comes dressed in Tom Yum vinaigrette.

If you’re craving something more carb-friendly, try the roasted veggie pizza. It’s topped with seasonal veggies, tomatoes and housemade garlic cream sauce.

Or, go for the linguini pomodoro.

Finally, there’s the staple vegan main course — cauliflower steak. The slow-roasted cauliflower comes with sweet corn succotash, English peas, oven-roasted tomatoes and a chimichurri sauce.

Vegan Side Dishes at Honey Salt

Add a little extra to your meal with one of Honey Salt’s vegan side dishes. Dig into fries, roasted potatoes or brussels sprouts. And, they even have gluten-free options like grilled asparagus or charred broccolini, or

Green Garden Mondays at Honey Salt

Naturally, we saved the best for last.

Head up to Honey Salt for their Green Garden Mondays which offers rotating vegan specials every Monday, in addition to the normal vegan options.

Save room for dessert. They’ve veganized their popular Brookie, a warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie wrapped in a brownie and topped with vegan gelato.

Bonus: they’ve got organic, vegan bottles of wine you can add on for only $20.
