The Modern Vegan (TMV), a vegan restaurant in Las Vegas, is now open seven days a week. The popular, comfort-food driven restaurant tucked near the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus is giving the people what they want: seven days of TMV eats.

“Honestly, we’d be here working on Mondays and Tuesdays and there were so many people who would come and want to eat and we felt really bad,” says owner Gia Schultz. “The goal was always to open seven days a week, but it was so overwhelming the past year and everyone really needed those two days off.”

Well, a year has passed and now TMV is meeting its original goal.

The TMV menu offers 100 items+ (including 40+ that are gluten-free). They’ve even added more goodness to the menu with dishes like a heaping breakfast buddha bowl with zucchini noodles, tofu scramble, tomatoes, mushrooms, white onion, peppers, carrots and cheddar, topped with green onion, salsa and sour cream; Cody Waffles with strawberries, blueberries, peanut butter, shredded coconut and both chocolate and strawberry sauce; a Portobello steak stuffed with their lobster mix and melted mozzarella with sautéed broccoli, cauliflower and asparagus, and more.

They’re also adding in some new desserts including the Monkey Business, a sweet treat made with deep-fried banana bread and topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and fresh banana; the I’m a Dirty Girl, chocolate mousse sprinkled with crumbled Oreo served in a flower pot and topped with mint and strawberries; and the Oreo Orgasm, a homemade Oreo cheesecake. TMV is also debuting a new cocktail menu and juices like mangosteen.

700 E. Naples Dr., 89119; 702-755-8127: 9 a.m. – 11 p.m.
