Twin Creeks Steakhouse

A steakhouse with a vegan menu featuring entirely whole plant foods? Yes, please. Welcome to the new vegan life at Silverton’s Twin Creeks Steakhouse.

Now, this swanky spot isn’t just serving steaks, it’s got some cruelty-free options for the plant-based people in Las Vegas. The menu, which launched in April, shows that steakhouses can indeed also cater to vegans.

And, Twin Creeks is definitely doing its best.

We dig the shisito peppers with fresh lemon to start, and are obsessed with colorful beet salad loaded with roasted red, golden and candy-striped baby beets served on a bed of baby kale and tossed in white balsamic vinaigrette. Seriously. It’s so good.

There’s also the pan-searedcauliflower steak that features an amazing bed of toasted faro with pine nuts, apricots and swiss chard.

If you still want more food, order up the sides of grilled asparagus with lemon, roasted baby carrots with EVOO or roasted heirloom cauliflower seasoned with cinnamon and EVOO.

But, don’t forget to save room for dessert — a trio of amazing sorbets.

Expect the menu to be seasonal as Twin Creeks move forward.
