The restaurant decided to expand their vegan menu as a part of its continued goal to serve a health-conscious customer base in Vegas. They even offer oil-free options in the form of fajita veggies and rice.

Vegan options at Ori’Zaba’s

Choose from listed vegan menu items like potato tacos, delicious deep fried pockets filled with mashed potatoes.

Or, try a hefty veggie whole wheat tortilla burrito. It comes stuffed with brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, salsa, sweet potatoes, guac and cabbage.

But, that’s not all.

Next, there’s the homemade warm queso planta. Made with cashews and potatoes, it’s amazing.

Like many of the popular fast-casual Mexican spots now, you walk down the assembly line to create your meal.

Add all of your favorites to make your dream taco, burrito, nachos (loving that creamy queso planta), or bowl.

Finally, wash down your meal with a seasonal agua fresca. Or, for $2 more, turn the drink into a booze-y Zabarita.
